Understand your membership, how to cancel, and how we review refund requests.

Membership options & access
Monthly Exit Pass: $6 per month. Your membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next renewal.
One-time Exit Pass: $29 for six months. This is a single payment for six months of access from purchase. It does not renew automatically and is not lifetime access.
Prices are in US dollars. Review the membership details and total shown at checkout before paying. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Sign in to the member area and select “Manage subscription” to cancel future renewals. You keep access through the end of your current paid period.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself request or guarantee a refund. A one-time pass ends after its six-month access period, with no recurring payment to cancel.
Case-by-case refund review
Refund requests for monthly and one-time Exit Pass purchases are reviewed individually. A request does not guarantee a full or partial refund. Tell us what happened so we can consider your circumstances, including billing errors or problems accessing your membership.
To request a review, email exitthebedside@gmail.com with the email used for your purchase, purchase date, receipt or transaction reference if available, and the reason for your request. Do not send your password or full payment card details.
We will communicate the outcome of your request by email. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Using your membership
Membership is for your personal career development. Keep your account credentials private and do not resell or redistribute member-only resources. Career resources and tools provide guidance, not a guarantee of employment, interviews, salary, or a particular career outcome. Job availability and employer requirements can change.
